What Happens in a 3-Day Free Quran Trial for Ladies
Published 31 October 2026 · Free trial guide
Booking a class with a teacher you have never met can feel like a big step, especially if you have not recited out loud in years or are starting from the very first letter. That is why every sister starts with a free 3-day trial. This guide walks you through it day by day, from the moment you press the button to the moment you decide whether to continue, so nothing about it is a surprise.
Why a three-day trial and not a single demo class
One demo lesson mostly tells you whether the video link works. Three lessons tell you much more: whether your teacher’s pace suits you, whether the time slot you picked really fits your day, and whether you actually look forward to the next class. Spreading the trial over three days also gives you a taste of the weekday rhythm that the $30/month Monday to Friday plan is built on.
Before day one: booking takes about two minutes
Everything starts on the free trial form. It asks only for what we need to arrange the right teacher at the right time:
- Your name and email. All confirmations come by email. A phone number is optional.
- Your country. For sisters in the USA, adding your state or city helps us read your time zone correctly.
- Who is learning. Yourself, your daughter, or you and your children. Each learner gets her own one-to-one lessons.
- Teacher preference. Female teacher, male teacher or no preference. Female teachers are available 24/7, and so are male teachers.
- Course. Quran reading (Noorani Qaida), Tajweed, Hifz, Arabic or “Not sure yet”. If you are unsure, choose that; your teacher will help you find the right starting point.
- Preferred days and times. Write them in your own time zone, for example “Mon, Tue, Wed after 9 pm EST” or “weekdays 10:30 am CST during school hours”.
There is no payment step. We reply by email to confirm your teacher, your three lesson times and your class link.
A note on time zones this week
Daylight saving time ends in most of the USA on Sunday 1 November 2026, when clocks go back one hour. If your trial falls around that date, simply write your times as they appear on your own clock; lessons are confirmed in your local time, so a 9 pm lesson stays at 9 pm for you. Our guide to picking class times in EST, CST, MST and PST has more slot ideas.
Getting ready: what you need at home
- A laptop, iPad or phone with a steady internet connection.
- Headphones if possible, so you hear each letter clearly. They are optional.
- A quiet corner for the lesson. It does not need to be silent; a busy home is normal.
You do not need a printed Quran or Qaida. Your teacher shares the page on screen and points to the line you are reading. Your camera can stay off for the whole trial if you prefer; many sisters learn with audio only. Read more on privacy and how our classes work.
Trial day 1: getting to know each other
The first lesson is about finding your real starting point, gently. Your teacher introduces herself, asks what you hope to achieve and listens to where you are today. If you already read, she will usually ask you to recite a short passage; if you are starting from zero, she begins with the Arabic letters and their sounds.
Nobody is grading you. Many women tell their teacher at this point that they feel nervous or rusty, and that is completely fine. The aim of day one is that you finish the lesson knowing exactly where you are and what the first small step will be.
Your homework: a small piece to practise, chosen so you can manage it before the next lesson even on a busy day.
Trial day 2: a real lesson on your goal
The second lesson feels like a normal class. You review what you practised, then your teacher moves on to something new in the course you chose:
- Beginners and new Muslim sisters continue with letters, short vowels and joining, at an easy pace. See Quran for beginners and new Muslim sisters.
- Women who already read usually get focused correction on one or two habits, such as a letter pronounced from the wrong place or a madd held too short. That is the start of Tajweed for ladies.
- Hifz learners try a first small memorization portion and see how revision will work. More on Hifz for women.
This is the best day to notice how your teacher corrects you. Does she explain clearly? Does she let you repeat until the sound is right? Do you feel comfortable stopping her to ask a question? Our checklist on what to ask a female Quran teacher is useful here.
Trial day 3: testing the routine
By the third lesson you are not only judging the teacher, you are judging the schedule. Ask yourself honestly:
- Did the time slot fit, or did I have to rush away from work, cooking or the children?
- Was I able to practise the homework, even for a few minutes?
- Would five weekday lessons work for me, or do I need fewer days?
If the time was difficult, say so. Because classes run 24/7, your lesson can usually move to a better slot: before the house wakes up, during school hours, at lunch or late at night. Mothers often find a nap-time or after-bedtime slot works best; there are more ideas on Quran classes for mothers.
After the trial: three simple options
| If you want to… | What happens next |
|---|---|
| Continue on weekdays | Join the $30 USD per month plan for one-to-one classes Monday to Friday, at the hour you choose. |
| Study weekends or fewer days | Ask for a custom plan. Weekends, 3 days a week or other routines are arranged with our team by email. |
| Stop | Just tell us, or simply do not continue. There is no obligation and nothing to cancel. |
If you continue, you normally keep the same teacher, so your progress from the trial carries straight on. If you would like a different teacher, female or male, ask; both are available 24/7. Our fees explained article covers exactly what the monthly plan includes.
Small tips to get the most from your trial
- Pick a time you can really keep, not an ideal time you hope to manage.
- Join a minute early so the link and audio are ready.
- Be honest about your level. Starting at the right point saves weeks later.
- Ask your questions. About the teacher, the course, the schedule or privacy. That is what the trial is for.
- Practise a little between lessons. Even five minutes shows you how the routine will feel.

Is the Quran trial class for ladies really free?
Yes. The three trial lessons are free, no payment details are needed to book, and there is no obligation to continue afterwards.
Will my trial teacher be a woman?
If you choose “Female teacher” on the form, yes. Female teachers are available 24/7. Male teachers are also available 24/7 if you prefer, and you can choose “No preference” too.
Do the three trial days have to be in a row?
No. Write the days and times that suit you on the form, for example Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings, and we confirm them by email.
Do I need my camera on during the trial?
No. Camera is optional. Your teacher shares the Quran or Qaida page on screen and listens to your recitation, which is all she needs to help you.
What happens after the third lesson?
You decide. If it suits you, continue on the $30 USD per month Monday to Friday plan. If you need weekends or fewer days, ask for a custom plan. If it is not for you, you simply stop.
